It’s time to head to the beach and fly a kite!  The Adelaide International Kite Festival for 2014 will once again be held over the Easter long weekend from the 19th to the 21st of April.  Large display kites, kite battles, stunt kites, kite surfing, kite buggying and landboarding, carnival rides, lolly drops and kite making activities are just some of the features to look forward to.  Families can bring along their own kites to fly or purchase one on the day.  Enjoy a fabulous day out with entertainment, music, food, dancing and of course, the Easter Bunny!

I went with my family on Easter Monday. It was a very enjoyable outing for old and young. My grand children particularly enjoyed the lolly drop. An excellent community event, well organised, lots of unusual kites to look at, good family atmosphere. A++ to all, and thank you. Looking forward to 2015s event.
