A regular Fringe event since 2010, The Port Rocks is back. Get your retro groove on, dress 50’s style and stroll around the Port’s Heritage Pubs and venues or drive your classic car to the Show n’ Shine. Live Music Line up in Port Adelaide Heritage Pubs.

Dress to impress in your Sunday best and step out for the Classic Car Show ‘n Shine Display in the North Parade Car Park from 10am to 4pm. Retro Rock ‘n Rollers Raunchy Sugar strut their stuff at The British Hotel starting at 12 noon with Cassablanca’s Pin Up Parade rolling out their funky fashion statements from 1.30pm to 2.30pm.

Jazz legend Marlene Richards appears at The Newmarket from 1pm, Americana songstress Tara Carragher will belt out her original verses with a few favourites for good measure at The Lighthouse Wharf Hotel 2pm – 5pm. Heavy Load and Acoustic Chaos kick off at the Commercial Hotel from 2pm whilst veteran Masters Apprentice, Peter Tilbrook lights up the Railway Hotel from 2.30pm.

Choirmaster and the African Choristers Ensemble present their show at the Port Dock Brewery Hotel 3 to 6pm – tickets via Fringetix here. Classic Hits Band starts up 4pm at the Dockside Tavern.

Syrup, Sass and Song

Syrupy voiced chanteuses converge for The Port Rocks Adelaide Fringe Event on Sunday 26 February. Don’t miss Emily Davis Band, Sasha March Trio and emerging songwriter Alana Jagt in this unique performance from 5pm at the Waterside Workers Hall.
