Drop in to the Community Open Day and tell the City of Charles Sturt what you’d like to see in the park surrounding the St Clair Recreation Centre as part of the upcoming major transformation and expansion.
The St Clair Recreation Centre is an iconic community recreation facility and has contributed to satisfying the recreation and sports needs of the western region over the past 50 years.
The Centre will be undergoing a major transformation and expansion with a multi-million dollar upgrade to increase its use and function. The new recreation space will create a destination and focal point on Woodville Road, providing a range of new experiences for residents and visitors.
Council is now looking at the outside space surrounding the planned new recreation centre and would like to understand how you currently use the space and what ideas you may have for the space in the future.
The project team and architects will be available to discuss your ideas and hear your thoughts on the precinct master plan.
