Over 100 years ago Australia’s first submarine disappeared while on patrol near New Guinea.

This exhibition from the Australian National Maritime Museum, along with rare archival footage of the Navy during WWI, tells the story.  Fun activities for children include designing a war medal and creating a war ship disguise.

The exhibition will be held throughout May 2016: Sunday 1.30-4.30pm; Monday to Wednesday 10am-4pm. Exhibition continues until 23 August.
