Wheels on the Green
Spend a balmy evening with bikes, food and fun at “Wheels on the Green” at the Lyndoch Village Green Gourmet Village.
Wheels on the Green is a community social event, with a family and youth focus, celebrating the 2017 Santos Tour Down Under. Visit the Gourmet Village on the Lyndoch Village Green, experience Barossan hospitality, soak up the bustling atmosphere with a bike treasure hunt for kids, social cycling on the Jack Bobridge Track, gourmet wine and food and other recreational activities, or kick back in the lycra lounge and be entertained by the melodies and harmonies of young local signing talent.
Also, enjoy music artist, Abbie Ferris as the live entertainment! After releasing her first single “Restless Heart” at just seventeen years old, Abbie Ferris from Mallala is an Australian rising music star and country girl who lives just a stone’s throw from the Barossa Valley – and she’s set to make an impact as she entertains visitors to the Southern Barossa at part of the Tour Down Under ‘Wheels on the Green’ festivities at Lyndoch!
All in all this is a great family fun night celebrating all things cycling!
