If animals are the theme for your child’s party this year then The Animal Barn as a party venue will tick all the boxes. Parties are held in private with all facilities prepared especially for the birthday boy or girl. Your group of family and friends will have the entire farm exclusively to yourselves. The big red barn is picture book perfect with a clean, beautifully decorated party room that is heated or cooled for year round comfort. Your party will be hosted by friendly staff who are more than happy to help with any request.
The entire two hours are organised to run smoothly from one activity to another, only stopping to sit down in the party room for something to eat. The children are able to hold and pet the baby rabbits, guinea pigs and chicks. A couple of ponies are saddled up at each party and for around 30 minutes the children can have as many rides as they like within this time. There is a large, open hay shelter where the children can pedal around on a variety of different John Deere tractors. The birthday party package price includes all of the animal food used in the hand feeding activities which include making a cake for the pigs (lots of fun!), feeding the young goat kids and lambs in the nursery, feeding the variety of chickens and ducks, the farm walk feed up and handing carrots to the donkeys. The party finishes with a party game and each child receives a lollipop as a prize.
If your child is mad about ponies you can also book a Pony Party (there is no extra cost). More emphasis is then placed on the ponies, the rides are longer and while they are waiting for their rides children can make Bella (the prettiest pony!) beautiful, with lots of brushing and ribbons.
The Animal Barn guarantee your party to be a huge success, and ours certainly was. Catering can be provided for an extra charge, or you are welcome to bring all of your own party treats and drinks. Tea and Coffee is provided for a small fee for adults. The Animal Barn can also supply you with complimentary invitations to send out to your guests.
