Ben & Jerry’s Open Air Cinema | 28 Feb – 10 Apr 2016

Ben & Jerry’s Openair Cinemas will be returning to Adelaide in 2016!

Ben & Jerry’s Openair Cinemas are a quintessential outdoor event, with feature films lighting up the huge movie screen from dusk.

Cinema-goers can chill out before their movie with some tasty food and frosty beverages from the licensed bar, while relaxing to sounds from the best of the Australian and New Zealand music scene and sets from the most exciting emerging local musicians. The stage has featured acts including The Cat Empire, Kate Miller-Heidke, Kisschasy, Hungry Kids of Hungary, Winter People, Jack Carty, Dan Parsons, Tara Simmons, Ashleigh Mannix and many more.

To top it off, every Sunday screening is a ‘Sundae Session’, a dedicated live music event with FREE Ben & Jerry’s ice cream for all!

The eclectic film program line-up is one of quirky comedies, retro classics, great Australian fare, award-winning features, new releases, premieres and sneak previews.

What’s Involved?

There will be a wide range of snacks and more filling fare to keep your tank running all afternoon and into the evening. And you might have guessed, there’s mouthwatering Ben & Jerry’s to cool down those balmy eves (don’t forget that’s FREE on Sundays for the weekly Sundae Sessions!)

The fully-licensed Jar Bar is stocked with all manner of beverages from frosty beers to sparkling whites and Aussie reds, and of course some great non-alcoholic offerings.

Bring a picnic blanket or hire a comfy bean lounger – Ben & Jerry’s Openair Cinemas suit whatever your style may be! The only thing advised is get in early to grab the best spots as seating is unreserved (except in Star Lounge and Polo Class).
