Bush Festival | Kangaroo Island | 21 Mar 2020

Bush Festival at Eleanor Downs on Kangaroo Island

IMPORTANT UPDATE 16 MARCH 2020:

Following the Federal Government announcement banning public gatherings of 500 people or more in an effort to slow the spreading of COVID-19, this event has been postponed – please check with the venue or organisers directly with any enquiries

On 21 March 2020 the second Bush Festival is back, bigger and better, with more comedy, theatre and music.

In March 2019, as the sun set over the magnificent fields of Eleanor Downs, one of the best shows the Island has seen was launched, the Bush Festival AKA The KI Comedy Gala.

Children sat in the gum trees and on top of the hay bales while adults sipped wine and ate their picnic in the beauty of Wittows Creek Bush Theatre.

Performers from around the globe made everyone laugh, cry and sing with joy watching antics from shows they perform in world festival events.

The Bush Festival 2020 will feature six international shows brought to you straight from the Adelaide Fringe Festival.

Main acts include:

  • The Late Bloomers
  • Clown Fish Theatre
  • The Handlebards

Plus there will be delicious food by St Austell Farm Kitchen, face painting and a kids corner, music and dancing.

Tickets: Adult $50 | Concession $40 | Children $5
