Bunnings National Drought Relief Fundraising Sausage Sizzle
Bunnings is supporting Rural Aid’s Buy a Bale Campaign by running sausage sizzles at all Bunnings stores. Help farmers as awareness grows of the devastating effects of the drought that has affected much of the state.
Due to an overwhelming response from their customers, Bunnings Warehouse has announced all SA stores will hold a sausage sizzle Friday 10 August from 9am – 4pm to benefit farmers through the Buy a Bale campaign. Call forward your lunch orders, share with friends, make a date of it, donate with a snag. Support our farmers.
Grab a sausage at a Bunnings store to support Aussie farmers in drought. Every cent raised will go directly to Rural Aid’s Buy a Bale Campaign to fund livestock feed and household essentials for drought affected families and communities in every impacted state.
About Buy a Bale of Hay:
Buy a Bale of Hay is supporting Aussie farmers and rural communities throughout Australia. This drought appeal campaign is providing meaningful support for farmers by delivering hay and other essential items to farmers who have no feed left for their cattle.
Some hay is donated, some is bought, so they’re feeding a hay farmer and their family. Some of their truckies are donating their time and diesel, some loads are being paid for, so they’re feeding truckies and their families. Donations towards the Farmers card injects immediate cash into the rural towns. Finally, hay that is delivered saves farmers cash that can be redirected towards other needs.
