The beautiful surrounds of Carrick Hill will showcase the finest display of prestige, exotic and classic cars on Sunday 26th April 2015 in the Celebration of the Motorcar.

The public are invited to come and see a display of 130 of the best cars South Australia has to offer.  An amazing $20 million worth of rare and precious cars, spanning from the early 1900s veteran and vintage era vehicles, the classics of 1950s and 1960s right through to the latest prestige, luxurious and exotic cars.

The motorcars on display have been exclusively chosen for this invitation only event, some of the motorcars showcased will be the Packard 840 Roadster that won the most stylish car at last year’s event,1955 Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing Coupe, 2005 Ford GT Supercharged V8 Coupe, 1967 Maserati Sebring Series lI and the 1959 Abarth 750GT Zagato.

As well as the rare motorcars visitors will be able to wander the stunning grounds of Carrick Hill and explore the stately home, as well as, Robert Hannaford’s ‘The Real Things’ exhibition, a collection of works, paintings, drawings and formative sketches.

There will be fine food and family fare on offer, and classical music playing throughout the day by the members of the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra.

Entry is $25 for adults, children’s (6-16yrs old) $10, children under 6 are free. A family ticket, 2 Adults and up to 3 children is $60. This price also gives visitors access to the gardens and house of Carrick Hill.
