Chilli Crab Shack Pop-up at the Adelaide Central Market
Things are about to get very, very messy at the Adelaide Central Market! Now in its fourth year, the Chilli Crab Shack Pop-up is back by popular demand this October.
The team from Sprout will be at the Market for four days only as the Producer in Residence with their signature dish of South Australian chilli crab.
Arm yourself with a crab bib and get stuck into this dish of blue swimmer crab with an Asian style spicy chilli tamarind sauce, noodles, herbs and lime. Grab a Pirate Life beer, tune in to live music and enjoy your crab with a side of market vibes.

Please note that all chilli crab must be consumed sitting down at tables provided, or taken away off the premises. The Adelaide Central Market and Sprout will be following advice from SA Health regarding COVID-19, and taking the following measures: Ensuring appropriate distancing between seating and ensuring dining areas are limited to 1 per 2sqm.
When visiting the Market for chilli crab, please:
Stay 1.5 metres apart.
Wash your hands regularly with soap and water.
Cough or sneeze into your arm or use a tissue.
Please do not visit if you feel sick or unwell.
If possible, please bring your own hand sanitizer.
Download and open the official government COVID Safe app. This would allow you to be notified should you have been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 while away from your home.
