Cowell water park featuring free outdoor water slides and splash zone.
Situated within the redeveloped Cowell Foreshore precinct, Cowell Water Park is a free outdoor water play area featuring two water slides and a water splash zone with splash bucket. The park also has an inflatable pillow, playground, skate park and a full sized basketball court.
Opened in October 2022, there are free barbecues and plenty of lawn and sheltered areas perfect for picnics.
Open during the warmer months, on extremely windy days the water splash area will not be turned on, however the waterslides will continue to run.

Cowell Lions Park has parking available for long vehicles, so it’s a great spot to stop and take a break during a road trip. You can find the water park and playground on Thompson Drive at the Cowell Foreshore.
OFFICIAL OPENING EVENT
The official FREE Cowell Foreshore opening event will be held on Saturday 11 March 2023 featuring live music with Shannon Noll, a fireworks display and market stalls. Free camping will be available at the town oval.
