Bake Boss is a cake decorating and baking supplies company now offering cake decorating classes for all skill levels.
If you’re a beginner just starting out or a professional looking to expand your skillset, Bake Boss classes aim to assist you with the never-ending new and exciting techniques as well as cake and decorating styles within the baking-sphere.

In this fondant cupcake class students will learn how to prepare their cupcakes for these fondant toppers, how to make a metallic paint using dusts, how to model some pretty 3D shapes and decorations plus how to apply paint to fondant to add detail.

Each child will get to decorate 4 Pokemon Cupcakes learning to use fondant techniques to create their own little masterpieces. There is no baking involved just a lot of fun learning how to decorate. All tools, icing and decorations will be provided.

Pearls & Lace Cupcake Class | Tuesday 14 August 2018 at 6pm
In this fondant cupcake class students will learn how to prepare their cupcakes to be covered in fondant by learning how to apply lace to fondant toppers. They will also be familiarised with texture mats of different materials to create patterns and texture on fondant, to apply sprinkles and flourishes to cupcake toppers to create 6 different designs.
What you will learn:
- How to prepare their cupcakes for covering with fondant using buttercream
- How to make simple flowers and flourishes with fondant and apply texture and patterns to fondant
- How to make apply ready made decorations such as pearls and lace to your fondant toppers
