FIESTA in the PARK Latin Fest at Salisbury Park.
A FREE Latino themed, family-friendly, outdoor Fringe festival event, run over 2 days.
Invite your amigas and amigos, take along a picnic rug and cushions and enjoy lively Latino style eats, beats and treats at the beautiful lush green natural surroundings of Carisbrooke Park. Experience Latino music, dance, food and cultural entertainment.
This event has free entry.

- Variety of Latino, Brazilian and Hispanic Food Trucks (Indulge in dishes from Chile, El Salvador, Mexico, Spain, Colombia, Brazil) – Poderosa Arepas, Antojitos Latinos, Mucho Gusto, Mi Casa Latina, Mrs Churro, Birria Tacos, Potato On A Stick
- Licenced Bar by BBC.ADELAIDE – Beers, Wines and Cocktails
- Kids Activities and Games (Piñatas)
- Cultural Workshops (Try Latin Dance, Percussion, Artesania crafts)

- Floor Shows – Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Zouk, Reggaeton, Kizomba, Tango, Flamenco, Rueda, Samba + Folkloric styles presented by La Bomba, Mexican Revolution Dance, Brasilatino, El Ritmo, Dance Amor and more

- Latin DJ’s mixing up Fiesta Vibes
- Samba Carnaval Parade – Brazilian style samba showgirls + SaSamba drummers led by the Australasian Samba Queen: Antonia Enriquez de Salamanca
Piñata Competition:
Enter for over $500 in prizes up for grabs. Everyone is welcome to enter (kids + adult division).

- Drop your piñata off by Friday 17 February 2023 for display
- Winners announced and prizes awarded at 7pm on Saturday 18 February 2023
FIESTA in the PARK is on Friday 17 February 2023 (5pm to 11pm) and Saturday 18 February 2023 (12 noon to 11pm) at Carisbrooke Park, Main North Rd, Salisbury Park.
