Francis Street Forest
Francis Street has been transformed into a place of discovery, “the Francis Street Forest”.
For the month of March, Francis Street off Rundle Mall will be adorned with plants, trees, lights and sounds for all to enjoy. There will be an array of free activities to enjoy. All events have been organised by the Adelaide City Library which can be accessed via Francis Street.
Program of Activities:
Family Storytime | Thursday 7 March 2019 from 10:30 – 11am
Explore an interactive world of stories, songs, music & movement.
Read Aloud | Wednesday 20 March 2019 from 1 – 2pm
Listen to a collection of stories in the Francis Street Laneway.
Live Music in the Lane | Friday 29 March 2019 from 5:30-7:30pm
Roaming Robots in Francis St | Wednesday 13 & 27 March 2019 from 3-4pm
The Adelaide City Library robots are getting out and about. Pop down to the Francis St laneway to greet these friendly machines as they explore the world beyond the Library walls.
