Take a journey of discovery about your sight and hearing at Guide Dogs SA this school holidays at Guide Dog SA’s special sessions.
There will be nine interactive displays to challenge your senses. Suitable for children aged 7+ (must be accompanied by an adult) and only $6 per person (including adults).
Activities include:
Meet a gorgeous Guide Dog, play basketball with glasses simulating a vision loss
Learn Braille and crack a code
Walk with a white cane
Test sounds and develop an understanding of safe listening levels
Sessions:
Morning session 10.30 am to 12 noon
Afternoon session 12.30 pm to 2 pm
Friday 22 April – morning and afternoon
Thursday 28 April – morning only
Friday 29 April – morning and afternoon
