Hahndorf. Handmade. Handcrafted. Handpicked
Hahndorf will celebrate their rich linage of artisan culture, over a month-long festival in September called Hahndorf. Handmade. Handcrafted. Handpicked.
The festival will include more than 250 intimate events and experiences in and around the Main Street of Hahndorf. The program is filled with bespoke experiences for all ages and tastes. Uncover the treasures of Hahndorf with events that fall under the following categories: food & drink, art & craft, family fun, history & story-telling, workshops & masterclasses or you simply love a free event.
Most events are small and intimate, some only happen once, and some happen every day. Due to current restrictions, most of the event line up is ticketed, regardless if there is a cost or if it is free, and hosting businesses are working within Government COVID-19 guidelines.
The event concept was the brainchild of the Hahndorf Business & Tourism Association who wanted to re-introduce South Australians to the treasures of Hahndorf, which is only 15 minutes drive from the start of the freeway.
