Horse Drawn Tram “Back On Track” Celebrations at Victor Harbor

In celebration of the the iconic Victor Harbor Horse Drawn Tram getting back on track and resuming normal services to Granite Island, the City of Victor Harbor are holding a family friendly event on Sunday, 23 June 2019.

There will ne gold coin tram rides all day from 11am, free face painting, bubble fun and children’s entertainment from 11am until 2pm including the Atlantic Street Band with live jazz from 11am until 1pm and the opportinity to meet the Clydesdales.

Program:

10:20am  |  Official re-opening by Mayor Dr Moira Jenkins

10:30am  |  First Tram departs with official guests

11:00am  |  Trams depart every 20 mins with final tram returning from Granite Island at 4pm

11:00am  |  Atlantic Street Band – Live Jazz until 1pm

Kids Entertainment:

  • Free face painting until 2pm
  • Mr Oopy Bubble Man until 1pm
  • Roving performers until 2pm

Food and beverages will be available from Causeway Cafe, Seaside Fish & Chips, Harborview Donuts and Strawberries Galore.
