Discover all the best Adelaide Fringe Festival FREE Family-Friendly Events & Activities.
The Adelaide Fringe is always an exciting time of the year with so much entertainment on offer in and around the city, stretching out to regional areas of South Australia. We’ve rounded up some of the best FREE things you can see and do at this year’s Fringe.
The 2025 Adelaide Fringe runs for from 21 February to 23 March (with a ‘sneak peek’ week from 14-20 February) and there is something for absolutely everyone on offer, from street theatre and circus acts to world class music, cabaret, theatre and comedy.
Every year there are a variety of family friendly events to attend for FREE, from First Nations tours and exhibitions to Fringe carnivals and street parties. The main Fringe hubs are free to enter, so soak up the atmosphere at The Garden of Unearthly Delights, Gluttony or Fool’s Paradise, watch a performance preview and experience the Fringe without having to buy a ticket.
