Why rush home after the Pageant when you can drop into the State Library for an after-party and check out the new exhibitions, ‘A Theatre Inside the Book’ and ‘From Johnnies, With Love’? And while you’re there take a photo with the 6 metre tall Christmas Tree, paint the 3 metre mural wall, play board games, make a Christmas Card, listen to their resident elf tell Christmas stories, or simply come in for a coffee at the cafe.
Free activities for all the family, including:
- Help paint the mural in the forecourt, created by the Christmas Pageant artists
- Have your photo taken at the 6 metre tall Christmas tree in the glass foyer
- Make a Christmas card with card making experts
- Listen to the resident elf tell Christmas Stories
- Visit the ‘A Theatre inside the Book’ exhibition in the Treasures Wall
- Have your photo taken with Alice from Wonderland
- Play board games
