In a Heartbeat | Touching Animated Short Film

in a heartbeat

In a Heartbeat

A heartfelt short film with an important message.

Produced at Ringling College of Art and Design by Beth David and Esteban Bravo, In a Heartbeat follows the story of a closeted boy who runs the risk of being outed by his own heart after it pops out of his chest to chase down the boy of his dreams.

The film was put together by Beth David and Esteban Bravo as their college computer animation thesis. With already over 26 million views since it was released on YouTube less than a month ago, the short film has over 20 million views. And with LGBTQ rights being a heavily discussed topic in Australia currently, it’s something everyone should watch.
