Kid & Hub is a new creative activity hub for Adelaide families with pre-school children.

Opening 6 February 2017 on Magill Road, Maylands, it will be a unique place for parents, offering activities to foster children’s creativity and a whole lot more. Kid & Hub has a coffee and play hub that you can drop into anytime, as well as formal pre-booked activity sessions.

In the mixed-use creative space, you will be able to relax in the coffee hub, watch your children explore the play hub, and help them discover the joy of arts, crafts, music and sport in the activity hub. Founders Giuliana & Stacey, both of them mums of pre-schoolers themselves, are hoping to create a haven for parents and young children. Their aim is to instil a lifelong love of learning and movement with activities offered at Kid & Hub.
Take your children on a learning adventure through a range of activities such as Music and Movement, Craft and Sensory, and Sports, including yoga. Watch them blossom as they experiment with food, delight in nature play and learn about multiculturalism.

Also planned for the near future are classes such as Cooking, Outside-In, Language and Toolbox.
Activity Pricing
An ongoing membership to Kid & Hub is $34 per fortnight which allows you to attend one session per week, paid by direct debit.*
*Memberships can be cancelled with two weeks notice. It is also possible to temporarily suspend your membership while you are on holidays (with two weeks notice).
Ten pass membership: $180 to be used within 3 months
Five pass membership: $95 to be used within 6 weeks
Casual pass: $22
A discount of 10% will be applied to the second child and each subsequent child (excluding casual pass).

Fresh Fruit Snack
Children will be offered fruit at the end of each activity.
Coffee Hub
In the coffee hub you’ll find great coffee and healthy, delicious food. Kid & Hub members and non-members alike are welcome.
They have thought of everything to be a haven for parents. The coffee hub has nursing facilities and comfortable seating for families. You can also buy staples such as milk, bread, eggs, coffee beans and ready-made dinners. Perfect for those days when going to the supermarket with children is just too much hassle, or having dinner sorted is a saviour.
Play Hub
Children will love the play hub, which is fully equipped with a reading nook, books, costumes and good quality educational toys. Access to the play hub is free for members. A small fee of $5 for children over six months applies to non-members, which can be reimbursed with a $15 purchase at the coffee hub.
Birthday parties will also be offered soon.
Community
Donate your pre-loved children’s goods to families in need at the Kid & Hub collection point. You can also bring your clean, leftover disposable nappies to donate to the Nappy Collective.
They will offer free wi-fi so parents who work from home can have a break from their usual environment.
Kid & Hub is a place that has everything – great coffee, a play hub and learning activities for young children. A space for families to go with their children to help them learn, create and play in a safe environment. It’s something Adelaide parents of little ones have been waiting for.
