Looking to entertain the kids this Easter Long weekend? Don’t miss Adelaide’s newest and most exciting kids event, Kidz Gigantic Day Out! Kidz Gigantic Day Out (KGDO) is affordable, interactive fun for the whole family.

Held in the heart of the city at the Adelaide Convention Centre, this family-friendly event will feature four interactive zones providing hours of entertainment for everyone from toddlers to teens. In addition to these four zones, KGDO will also feature a spectacular series of FREE live stage shows across the event days, including the Animals Anonymous Native Animal Show and SciWorld’s Science Spectacular.

Play, learn, build, discover with four interactive entertainment zones featuring science and nature play, sport, LEGO® and “big rigz”.

Sensory Friendly Sessions

Kidz GIGANTIC Day Out will be offering Sensory Friendly sessions between 9am to 10am on both Friday 30 & Saturday 31 March. These sessions provide a supportive environment with low volume music and announcements, along with reduced visitor numbers.

Kidz Gigantic Day Out is proud to support the Childhood Cancer Association.

Poster Colouring & Design Competition

To celebrate the countdown to Kidz Gigantic Day Out, they’re running a colouring and poster design competition where your child could win a family pass to this year’s Kidz Gigantic Day Out – or the grand prize, a Parrot Mambo FPV Drone! There will be two drones up for grabs – one for the winner of the colouring competition (open to ages 8 and younger), and one for the poster art competition (open to ages 15 and younger). Competition open to South Australian residents only.

To enter, simply download the colouring sheet/poster template and submit your completed entry via email to by Sunday, 25 March at 8pm ACST.
