If you’re planning a trip to the Yorke Peninsula over the October long weekend you can check out the Kooky Kidz Markets in Moonta. On Saturday, 5th October between 10am and 2pm there will be over 50 fabulous stalls as well as entertainment, face painting, bouncy castles, live music and a special visit from Sonic. A selection of quality foods will be on offer with the Kooky “Eat & Seat” Zone for those who would like to take a break, put their feet up and have a nibble.
The market is held in the Moonta Area School Gym and oval with a mixture of indoor and outdoor stalls. The stalls are targeted mainly at children, but a few with have goodies for Mums and Dads also. The Kooky Kidz Markets is the very first family market to be set up and organised on the beautiful Yorke Peninsula. Moonta is 165 kilometres from Adelaide and a popular destination for South Australian holidaymakers.
