Everyone Welcome to Eudunda, for a great Sunday with the family out in the country!
Trail walks start at 9:30am and are between 4.5 and 6kms long, taking in rolling hills and creeks, suitable for young or old if you are reasonably fit. There will also be plenty to see and do in the town, such as a visit to the Eudunda Family Heritage Gallery (gold coin entry) and self guided history walks of the town.
Walkers will arrive back around midday for a chance to get something to eat and drink and browse the stalls who have come to display information and to have a chat. At 1pm the official speeches to open the new section of the trail will begin, with Dan van Holst Pellekaan, MP, Member for Stuart officially opening the trail from the Eudunda Centennial Gardens (Colin Thiele Park).
The day will include 3 organized walks to suit all fitness levels:

Walk #2 | Commencing at 10.00 am. Will go in the reverse direction and start in Eudunda Town Gardens, walk through the golf course to the old Aqueduct to Riemann Road, and walkers picked up at Nicholson Rd and returned to the start. Distance 5.4 km.
Walk #3 | Commencing at 9.30 am. Walkers driven via car pool about 13 km from Eudunda township to Smith Rd, a circular uphill walk through historic Narcoota Water Reserve and back to starting point – a 4 km walk.
This should enable walkers to be back in the Town Gardens by 12 noon in time to buy lunch.
