Little Day Out: Beach
EDITORS NOTE: EVENT CANCELLED DUE TO EXTREME HEAT
Due to the extreme heat and to keep attendees and staff safe, we’re sad to say the Little Day Out: Beach has been cancelled.
If you’re looking for somewhere to keep cool, you are welcome to go to the fully air-conditioned Hamra Centre Library. The library also has a source of free cold drinking water, so bring your drink bottles.
Free fun for 0-17 year olds during the school holidays.
BYO picnic and celebrate summer on the beach outside the West Beach Surf Life Saving Club. Build a sandcastle, ride a wave and play beach cricket. BYO towel and bathers.
Please note that Little Day Out: Beach will be cancelled if the weather is forecast to be 36 degrees by the Bureau of Meteorology at 5pm the day before the event. No bookings required (unless transport is needed). If transport is required phone 8416 6228 to book or emailย impact@wtcc.sa.gov.au
