Loch & Quay Cafe at Rymill Park | Adelaide | Nov 2018 – Apr 2019

Loch & Quay Cafe at Rymill Park

Located in the beautiful East Adelaide park lands on the edge of the city, Loch & Quay have taken over the empty Rymill Park Kiosk until the end of April 2019.  Local Adelaide pop-up food and bar specialists Food Operations Collective (Zu Zu Mamou Moxie, Adelia’s Winter Warmers) received permission from the Adelaide City Council to revamp and reopen the popular kiosk that unfortunately closed earlier this year.

Loch & Quay will showcase one of Adelaide’s most beautiful summer spots on the edge of the East End, walking distance from Rundle Street.  Hadleigh Walker from Food Operations Collective said the aim of Loch & Quay is to provide an oasis on the edge of the city where locals of the suburbs and city alike can meet and relax.

“Loch & Quay reawakens the legendary kiosk of old and puts a new chapter in its storied history”.

Loch & Quay offer locally roasted coffee, cakes and pastries, hearty affordable egg-centric brunches, kid friendly snacks, toasties and SA produced Popsicool icy poles.  Wood oven pizzas will also be available from midday on Fridays and all weekend.  As an added bonus, this space will serve local and international wines, beers, as well as a range of summer cocktails.

Located in Rymill Park, the cafe is situated on the edge of Rymill Lake and is surrounded by lush green lawns.  There are paths perfect for riding bikes or scooters, a fabulous playground (read our review of Rymill Park Playground here), plenty of room to run around and the quaint row boats are back too.
