The Nairne & District Residents Association presents a Family Film night in the Nairne Soldiers’ Memorial Hall.

The feature will be the award-winning Australian film Paper Planes (rated G). This is an imaginative film about a young boy’s passion for flight and his challenge to travel from his rural West Australian home to compete in the World Paper Plane Championships in Japan. Winner of Best Film in the AACTA awards of 2015, this is a marvellously uplifting movie for all ages.

The event starts at 7pm with some shorts and cartoons, followed by the main feature. Refreshments will be on sale.

Tickets can be purchased from the Nairne School, the Nairne Market, or booked on the Trybooking website here.

Cost: $5 per person | $20 for family of 5
