Purple Family Fun Day for the Jaymie-Lee Ross Foundation
With heaps of free events for the whole family and great prizes to be won this will be a great day out, and for a great cause.
The Jaymie-Lee Ross Foundation “Purple Family Fun Day” is in its 3rd year in 2017 with the support of the Craigmore Cricket Club.
The event is held so Jaymie’s legacy can live on, to help provide much needed awareness to those suffering with epilepsy and to prevent SUDEP (sudden unexpected death in epilepsy) by supplying seizure monitors to people in need.
The Purple Family Fun Day is a day for the whole family with loads of $2 activities & free field events, including:
- sausage sizzle
- jumping castle
- live music
- photo booth
- 20/20 game
- raffles/ lucky sqaures
- plaster fun
- sumo suits
- face painter
- surf n slide
- snow cone machine
- hit the target
- stalls – tattoos/purple hair spray; and
- loads of free events for the whole family with great prizes to be won
With help from Dr Daimen Clark from the Womens and Children’s Hospital the funds raised will be going towards buying seizure monitors for people in need.
All are welcome to join in the local community event.
