Seafood + Sounds | Adelaide Central Market | 13 & 14 Sep 2019

The Adelaide Central Market will host Seafood + Sounds during a two-day celebration of South Australian seafood and
music on Friday 13 September and Saturday 14 September 2019.

Now in its third year, the program will see trader specialities for seafood lovers and the return of last year’s sold-out Chilli Crab Shack.  Expect speciality, limited edition seafood dishes, local wine and gin, cooking demonstrations, live music and free activities – there’s something for the whole family!

Things are about to get deliciously messy again this year – back by popular demand is the Chilli Crab Shack.  Arm yourself with a crab bib, crackers and get stuck into this signature dish of South Australian blue swimmer crabs, with an Asian-style spicy chilli tamarind sauce, noodles, herbs and lime.

From local Mussels with French Fries, a Port Lincoln King Fish bagel, Peruvian Ceviche or classic Salt & Pepper squid, the stalls will be showing off their very best seafood specials over the two day event.
