Sophie’s Patch Spring Open Garden

Once again there will be a fabulous program of speakers, nurseries, refreshments and surprises providing entertainment and inspiration for the thousands of visitors from across Australia who visit this dry lands garden.

As always, local nurseries will be sharing their knowledge and selling plants.

Kids Activities

Kids can enjoy free activities with Kate Hubmayer from Nature Crafts for Aussie Kids and Kristen Messenger from Bugs n Slugs.

  • Saturday 10 November | Nature Craft
  • Sunday 11 November | Bug Education
  • Monday 12 November | Basketry for all ages

Refreshments

There will be savoury refreshments available from the Mt Barker Waldorf School, coffee from Beans Talk coffee cart, a Hutt St initiative plus Sophie’s family will be providing their own delicious home-baked cakes made from their own homegrown produce.

Entry Fee

Adults $10 | Free entry for children under 18

Supporting the Rotary Club of Mt Barker and Operation Flinders.

Tickets:  Purchase on the day at the gates.  Correct money appreciated.

No dogs allowed.
