The Crystal Brook Show | 10 August 2013

The Crystal Brook Show is an annual event held in the town of Crystal Brook, in South Australia’s Mid North. Crystal Brook’s first show was held back in 1874 and over the years the show has transformed into one of the leading country events in this regional area.  The show is filled with exciting sideshow rides and fun activities for families as well as the typical traditional aspects of a country show including horse riding, agriculture, arts and crafts, cooking, sewing and even home brewing and photography.

The Crystal Brook Show has the most show rides north of Adelaide, the best Merino sheep in the state, trade stalls, vintage cars and ute competitions.  This year’s entertainment also includes the Clare Valley Concert Band, local artists like Cactus Martens as well as fun activities for children such as free face painting and a petting zoo.

The Crystal Brook show offers families a fun day out with plenty of exciting activities for mum, dad and the kids to enjoy.  Crystal Brook is a South Australian town 197 kilometres north of Adelaide.
