What fits in with a hilarious movie about science nerds? A science show, of course!

The newly formed Bright Sparks Science Club is excited to bring you Mobile Science Education as they present a fun and engaging science show before the screening of the movie Big Hero 6.

They will explore how science and technology can be used for the powers of good, with the D.I.Y. Superhero Science!

Investigate strange materials that harden on impact, discover how to be resistant to extreme temperature changes, troubleshoot designs for protective armour, learn to manipulate the universe with powerful magnets, and check out what you need to consider when creating your future rocket packs. There may be a controlled explosion or two… KAPOW!

Then experience the mighty Wurlitzer pipe organ as it plays 15 minutes prior to the start of the film.

The Movie, Big Hero 6 (rated PG) is an animated, action packed comedy-adventure from Disney about a team of young scientists who create their own superhero alter egos to fight evil. The group includes a giant inflatable robot, a chemistry whiz & other high-tech geniuses.
