Light Cycles at Adelaide Botanic Garden
Due to popular demand, the 2022 season of Light Cycles at the Adelaide Botanic Garden has been extended until 14 August.
The Garden’s lush greenery has been transformed into an after-dark wonderland at this breath-taking Illuminate Adelaide event. Guests are immersed in an experience that connects them to the natural world like never before.
From an ode to the setting sun in a tree-lined avenue to a spectacle of story and song in the Garden’s Palm House, the creative minds at Montreal’s Moment Factoryuse light, lasers, projection and a moving original soundtrack for a night as transcendent as ever — with a few new surprises.
Prepare to have your sense of wonder and fascination rekindled. Light Cycles is the perfect winter event for the whole family.

ACCESSIBILITY
Adelaide Botanic Garden is easy to navigate with paved and bitumen paths. There is a small section of path that is not easily accessible via wheelchair but can be by-passed. Accessible toilets are located within the event. Light Cycles is a high visual content event with no dialogue. Assistance dogs are welcome in the Botanic Garden.
ADMISSION
Please only arrive at the Ginkgo Gate at your allocated session time, early or late admissions will not be possible.
DURATION
This is a self-guided event on a curated immersive one-way linear path – please allow 60-90 minutes to enjoy the full Light Cycles experience.
