Mother’s Day – Sunday 10 May 2020

Mother’s Day gift ideas and family-friendly activities to show Mum how much you care.

Mums work really hard, lose a lot of sleep and we think Mums everywhere are special and deserve some extra love and attention on Mother’s Day to show how much they are loved and appreciated.

This year, due to COVID-19, Mother’s Day is looking a little different to normal, but Mums will still appreciate kind gestures, thoughtful gifts and quality time with their most precious people.

If you want to head outdoors to enjoy time with family, then a visit to your local park or beach for a walk may be just what you need. Or perhaps a leisurely drive through the hills to take in the autumn colours.   Other gift ideas that are fairly traditional but always lovely to receive are fresh flowers or a pot plant, chocolates, wine, a good book, time out to read the book … did we mention not having to do dishes?

Take the time to find out what that special Mum in your life would love most. Here’s some top ideas (put together by Mums) for Mums (and for Dads who are hopefully reading this too!).
