Mum’s Lamb Roast – National Wine Centre style delivered for Mother’s Day
While you can’t get out for lunch this Mother’s Day, the National Wine Centre has come to the party with a magnificent lamb roast, complete with all the trimmings, prepared and delivered by Executive Chef Steven Clark and his team – the same team that won ‘Caterer of the Year’ at the 2018 and 2019 Restaurant and Catering Awards.
Let them do the hard work and treat mum to a delicious roast lunch. A pre-prepared roast lamb lunch with all the trimmings will be delivered* to your door, all you have to do is heat and enjoy with your mum and family on Mother’s Day.
“Lamb Roast is such an all-time favourite traditional dish, and we’ve added a magnificent red wine jus plus a host of amazingly prepared vegetables to make it even more special. This is a difficult time and the weather is getting cooler so something popular and familiar as well as being perfect for late autumn weather is just what’s needed for Mother’s Day 2020.” said Clark.
The home delivered meal suitable for four people comprises:
- Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder
- Potato Dauphinoise
- Cauliflower & Broccoli with Cheese Sauce
- Vichy Carrots
- Minted Peas
- Red Wine Jus

- Incygnes 2016 Barossa Valley Shiraz OR
- Lambrook Spark Sparkling Pinot Noir OR
- Cooke Brothers Schoenthal Road Chardonnay
The cost including delivery to the Adelaide metro area is $120. (Extra bottles of Incygnes 2016 Barossa Valley Shiraz can be purchased for $30 each).
Delivery will take place on Saturday 9th May 2020. Menu items cannot be swapped or altered. *Offer only available for Adelaide Metro delivery.
