NAIDOC in the Mall

Celebrate NAIDOC week with the community and the City of Adelaide in Rundle Mall.

Join the fun under the Gawler Place Canopy from 10.30am on Tuesday July 6th for an official Kaurna Welcome to Country Ceremony followed by the unveiling of this year’s artwork by emerging artist Keisha Milera.

They also have a free t-shirt giveaway designed by the artist, supplied by Council for community in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Aboriginal Flag.

More entertainment and activities will follow from 11am to 1.30pm, including:

  • Meet Australian animals with Animals Anonymous
  • Taste native foods
  • Listen to live music from the Rob Edwards and Katie Aspel
  • Learn how to bead with Aunty Steph Gollan
  • Enjoy free face painting
  • Learn with Life Without Barriers
