Pick Your Own Cherries – Lennane Orchard
The Cherry picking season at Lennane Orchard has begun with ‘Pick Your Own’ (PYO) and cafe open from Wednesday 13 November and shed door sales from Thursday 14 November 2019.
Lennane Orchard are looking forward to showing you around the property and providing you with a first-hand experience of a cherry harvest. They also have premium grade cherries for sale at their shed door and a delicious selection of cherry products to enjoy at their cafรฉ. They also sell lemons, plums and raspberries when available.
The cafe is a great place to relax with coffee, milkshakes, fresh fruit ice-cream (from cherries, raspberries & strawberries grown on the orchard), cold drinks, cakes, jams and much more.

The PYO tour includes a buggy ride between the blocks of fruit and the shed and a detailed explanation of how to pick the best fruit possible is given to everyone to make sure you leave the orchard a happy customer. Best of all there are no limits, you can pick as much fruit as you want to buy on the day.
Tickets:
- Adults | $6 per person (13 and over)
- 5 – 12 years | $3 per person
- Under 5 years | FREE
A $1 online booking fee applies, payable with entry fee on arrival before your tour.
“Pick Your Own” is based on the honour system. Everyone is welcome to sample the cherries for taste but what is picked must be paid for prior to eating.
Price per Kilo:
The fruit you pick on the day is priced per kilogram and varies in price depending on the variety, fair market price, and size/quality. Please be aware of this as you pick as fruit cannot be put back on the tree. Once you have finished picking, you will return to the shed on the buggies and pay for your produce. The prices will be advertised on the shed door.
