dunstan playground closed

City of Norwood, Payneham and St Peters is one of the first councils in Adelaide to announce the closure of their playgrounds and outdoor facilities.

The closures have been put in place to assist in minimising the spread of COVID-19.

The following has been closed temporarily:
🌳 All outdoor playgrounds
🏋️ Outdoor gym/exercise equipment at Felixstow Reserve
💧 All drinking fountains in our parks and reserves
🥩 Outdoor barbecues in our parks and reserves

The Council said in their announcement, it will:

“continue to observe all directions and advice issued by Federal and State Governments regarding COVID-19, as the health and well-being of our community, Volunteers and staff remains our priority.”

These are all the playgrounds in the council area below. Pictured above is Dunstan Adventure Playground – one of our favourites.
