Pop-up Wheel Park and Workshops

A dedicated wheel park is popping up at Payneham Swimming Centre during the April school holidays.

Take your favourite set of wheels—be it a bike, scooter or skateboard—and enjoy a fun and free day out. Don’t forget to play it safe and bring your safety gear, including helmet.

The park is open from Saturday 10 April t0 Saturday 24 April, 9am – 5pm at Payneham Swimming Centre Carpark.

Workshops:

Learn to ride | Monday 12 & Friday 16 April 2021

Not ready to ride? Still on training wheels? Now is the time to build some confidence, develop your skills and join the learn-to-ride workshops. Bookings essential.

Back on the Bike (for adults) | Saturday 17 April 2021

For adults who want to learn how to ride or just want to get the feel again after many years off of a bike. Bookings essential.

Wheelie Kids and Bling Your Bike | Sunday 11 & Sunday 18 April 2021 at 10am – 1pm 

Jump on an electric four wheeler and take a spin around the track. While you’re there, decorate your bike with plenty of creative extras and lots of streamers. 

No bookings required.

Bike Repair and Try a Neuron E-bike | Sunday 11 April 2021 at 11am – 1pm

Learn the essentials of bike maintenance and repair by the experts from Adelaide Bike Kitchen. Must be over 18 to try the E-bike system. Bookings essential.
