Celebrity chef Rosa Matto cooks up at storm in the Rezz Cafe!
For the first time Rezz has partnered with celebrity chef Rosa Matto to demonstrate just how easy it is to create great food using simple, fresh ingredients. Direct from the bustling Rezz Cafe, Rosa Matto from Radio Italiana’s In Cucina and Seven’s SA Life, together with Massi and Frederico from the Rezz kitchen, will create authentic Mediterranean fare in front of Cafe diners.
Kids will be given the opportunity to get involved in Rosa, Massi and Frederico’s interactive demonstration and will then be able to taste-test the finished product. Recipe cards will also be available for mums and dads to take home, so you too can whip up these tasty dishes!

The cooking demonstration will be held on Monday 15th December at 10am and will be broadcast live on Radio Italiana 531AM.
