Learn the age-old art of traditional Italian sauce making at one of the Adelaide Central Market’s Sauce Days.
At one of the Market’s hands-on sessions, you’ll use local tomatoes and learn the traditional techniques of authentic Italian tomato sauce making and you’ll get to take home your very own jar of sauce.
And of course, authentic Italian sauce needs home-made gnocchi to accompany it! Join one of their Friday night sessions to learn the techniques of making gnocchi at home.
Anyone who loves Italian culture will enjoy these fun activities, and the classes are suitable for all ages and cooking abilities.
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a supervising adult and should be included in the ticket of the adult attending.
