MR BADGER is visiting Carrick Hill to tell the story of “The Wind in the Willows”

This delightful, intimate storytelling performance of Kenneth Grahame’s much loved classic “The Wind in the Willows”, will be presented at Carrick Hill during the Sept/Oct school holidays. The story celebrates the joys of the natural world and friendship and this lively re-telling entertains youngsters and satisfies devotees.

Mr Badger, in his own kindly way, tells the story of Toad, Ratty and Mole and their adventures on the Riverbank, the Open Road, the Wild Wood and Toad Hall. With the help of his small hand-made models of scenes and characters, he presents children with the chance to listen to a finely crafted story with wonderful descriptive language and enter an imaginary world.
