Tonsley Science Fair 2023.

The Tonsley Science Fair returns with a mix of family favourites and brand new attractions to engage with all ages.

Go along to Tonsley Innovation District and be inspired by Australian wildlife, learn about bugs and insects, explore virtual reality, dig into the past with palaeontology, learn about the world of technology and be amazed by chemistry shows the Wipe Out Waste Wizard and Professor Flint’s Dinosaurs. There will be hands-on activities, the chance to make some science art and more. 

It’s an affordable day out with kids under 16 FREE and adult tickets only $8!

  • Magic tricks from the Wipe Out Waste Wizard
  • Sing along with Prof Flint of the Dinosaur University
  • SciFiBri’s Fire and Froth Show
  • Rocket making and launching

  • Electric circuit challenge

  • Techspace Learning interactive robotics display
  • Daleks from Doctor Who
  • IgniteVR Virtual Reality booths
  • Hackerspace Adelaide
  • Flinders Uni
  • Neuplex

  • Switched on Kids

  • Slime makings and loads of hands-on activities as well.

 

Tickets:

To keep this event affordable, for the first time ever at a Science Collective event all children under the age of 16 are FREE (but still need tickets). The cost of adult tickets has also been reduced to $8.
