Trick or Treat at Blakes Crossing
Ghosts, Goblins and Spooky Spiders will be out on the streets in Blakes Crossing from 1pm to 5pm on Sunday, 30 October 2016.
Bring the kids down to Trick or Treat in the Blakes Crossing Display Home Village, Sales and Info Centre and Fasta Pasta from 1 pm – 5 pm. Kids: you need to be dressed up in your most terrifying outfit!
Free Halloween Face Painting and Scary Balloon animals!
Blakes Crossing Sales and Information Office, entry Cnr of Main and Park Terrace from 1 pm – 4 pm.
Who is the scariest of them all – Dress up in your most scariest costume and you could win
- The Creepiest Kid (under 15)
- Most Ghoulish Family
- Most Fearsome Pet (yep, that’s correct – dress up your dog, cat, ferret or snake).
Judging will start at 3pm in the Blakes Crossing Park and winners will be judged by community crowd participation.
Sign up from 2pm at the Park. Each winner will take home a $100 EFTPOS voucher and all entrants will receive a gift.
Jack-O-Lantern Competition
Do you carve one mean Jack-o-Lantern? Or perhaps you can paint a pumpkin into a beautiful work of art?
Bring your creation into the Blakes Crossing Sales and Information Centre from Thursday 27 October to Sunday 30 October where they will be on display. Blakes Crossing will post each entry on their Facebook page and let the community decide who wins. The winner will receive a $300 EFTPOS voucher and 2 runners-up will take home a $100 EFTPOS voucher.
