On Sunday 17 May, special exhibits, stalls and rare access to historic areas will bring the Gaol’s rich and sometimes haunting history to life. Even better, tickets are at yesteryear prices.

Parking:
Please note that onsite parking will be limited due to the construction of the new Women’s and Children’s Hospital near the Gaol. Limited disability permit parking will be available on-site. It is strongly recommended to use public transport to visit the Gaol.
Public Transport
The nearest tram stop is Thebarton, located adjacent to George Street, Thebarton. From there, you can enjoy a short walk through Bonython Park to reach the Gaol.
