Australian Sports Clinics are back for the July School Holidays with a choice of sports for boys and girls in centrally located Kent Town.
Primarily operating at Prince Alfred College during school holidays since 1995, Australian Sports Clinics are firm believers in the power of positive sports experiences to enhance the all-round development of youngsters.
They have identified that most students have an affinity with PE at an early age. They provide an opportunity to learn, explore sport, improve skills, and draw satisfaction from doing it well. The sports on offer include:
- Football
- Soccer
- Basketball
- Netball
- and their popular COMBO sessions
Dates & Times:
Designed for students aged 5-12 years, the sports clinic dates are Tuesday 16 to Thursday 18 July 2024. They run over 3 half days (9am – 12.30pm) with a FREE early drop-off at 8am where kids will participate in fun outdoor activities till 9am. On the final morning there is a prize blitz where every participant takes home a sports ball, gear or other fun stuff!
During the July school holidays kids will have the opportunity to meet AFL players Ollie Lord, Luke Pedlar and Adelaide Crows assistant coach Nathan van Berlo.
Beginners to advanced students are placed into small groups according to age and standard. The emphasis is on skill development and maximum participation in a truly motivational environment. The panel of experienced coaches are chosen because of their ability to instruct and inspire students. The clinics are fully supervised in the safe enclosed surroundings of Prince Alfred College.
