With the summer crowds gone, now is the perfect time to discover why Cleland is so special.
Many people prefer to visit during the cooler months when the park is less busy and the animals are more active. On some days you might feel like you have the whole park to yourself, which can make the animal encounters even more intimate. Then, when you’re done, stop in at the café and warm yourself by the log fire.
Home to 130 species of South Australian wildlife, Cleland is only 20 minutes from the Adelaide CBD and one of the few places in Australia where visitors can hold a koala.
So grab a bag of animal food on arrival and get closer at Cleland.
