Find your local Adelaide Trick or Treat houses and streets welcoming visitors on Halloween.
The Adelaide Trick or Treat Facebook page was started in 2015 when Halloween and trick or treating wasn’t as popular as it is today, and to help create a better Halloween experience for children in the community. You can comment on the relevant location (east, west etc.) to register your house for trick or treating and find other registered houses in your area.
The page asks that you please post your SUBURB FIRST to make it easier for people to build their Trick or Treat lists this year. This way people can scroll the comments and find people local to them quickly and easily.
Remember to make sure to check that you have ALL COMMENTS enabled when scrolling to ensure you are seeing all of the shared locations (if you select new comments first and then all comments it makes sure that they all show up). If you only have most recent or top comments then you will have a lot filtered out.
Trick or treat typically starts from about 5pm or 6pm as people often have to get home from work and kids need time to get into their costumes, but some do try their luck earlier.

Where to get Halloween Supplies:
Adelaide Trick or Treat recommend Costco, Spotlight and Target Australia as winners for quality and they also carry childrens’ costumes.
Cheaper shops like Kmart Australia, The Reject Shop and Cheap as Chips tend to carry some less expensive items for those on a budget but they also have some absolute gems at times.
Amazon Australia is great for costumes, decorations and sweets if you have a prime membership for free shipping.
Sweets are generally available in bulk from Costco, BIG W, Amazon.com.au, Kmart Australia and Target Australia. Please consider opting for individually wrapped items for safety.
