Family & Community Yoga is so much FUN. Everyone can come to connect through this awesome Rainbow Kids Yoga.
Every age and ability is welcome. Bring family & friends. Tell your Child Care Centres, Kindergartens & Schools. Make this the Biggest Family & Community Yoga Event ever. This program is beautiful, filled with magical journey’s & yoga poses, colour, music, stories, relaxation, creating and building friendships. For the older children, Partner Yoga & AcroYoga has been incorporated.
Yoga will begin about 10.45am and when it is finished, if you wish, you can stay around for the picnic lunch!
